05.Recruitment and Selection
Recruitment
Recruitment is the process of finding,
testing, hiring and ultimately riding qualified work passengers (Anwar
& Surarchith, 2015). The
hiring process may be more straightforward, but advances in technology, a
strong labor market and a five-generation labor pool can make the first step -
finding people who can be a part - especially challenging. Employment is an
integral part of human resource management (HR) and is supported by the hiring
manager and other stakeholders in the recruitment process. Skilled recruitment
efforts will make the company stand out and be more attractive to potential
employees, a strategy that can directly contribute to the company's crisis (Abdalla
et al.,2021).
Selection
Employee selection commences after prospective employees have been recruitment in an organization. In the views of Maloney (2001), the selection can be considered to be a process where the best candidate is considered from a pool of available candidature. It is generally a type of procedure-oriented activity in which the different types of techniques and methodologies are used to select the most deserving candidate from the list of the available candidates (Ofori & Aryeetey, 2011).
In the view of Gamage (2014), the process of selection can be considered to be a specific type of process that can be used to either select the most suitable candidate from the list of the available candidates or to reject a large number of candidates that do not fulfil the entire set of the criteria for the available job vacancies for the said vacancy from the vast pool of candidates. It can be observed that the process of selection can be considered to be one of the process in which the employers do try to find the type of the person that is most suited for a particular type of job in the said organization by the fulfilment of all of its desirable criteria’s.
Nomination is
the process of selecting the most suitable person to receive a vacant position
in an organization. In other words, selection means removing unqualified
applicants and selecting those people who have the qualifications and skills
needed to complete tasks in the organization (Abdalla et al.,2021).

Conclusion
Difference
between recruitment and selection is that recruitment involves searching
candidates and encouraging them to apply for the vacant position in the
organization, while selection involves choosing the most suitable candidate for
the vacant post. Recruitment and selection are two stages in the employee
hiring process.
The company’s
recruitment and selection process is a great way to find fulfillment in the
world of commercial trading. Financial managers need to decide on the job
requirements and the type of person they should be able to meet. If an
additional selection tool is to be used, there needs to be a team above the
psychologist if they are to use a psychological test. Which is to set up more
effective ways to hire applicants and choose the finest and lightest; it will
enhance his ability to satisfy the personal needs of his organization.

This is a better article on recruitment and selection. But if you can add something about e-recruitment it will be really appreciated. Over the last ten years, e-recruitment has been a popular topic. The internet is the most recent instrument for hiring. It's a true revolution in the world of job searching and recruiting. Online recruitment, often known as e-recruitment, cyber recruiting, or internet recruiting, refers to the official procurement of employment information using the internet (Kapse, Patil and Patil, 2012).

Yes Rifky , I agree with you, and According to Sarkar and Kumar(2007) organizational performance is hinged on the approach which the organization adopts in the recruitment and selection of employees.
